Mweb customer service is absolutely pathetic

I called to find out why my internet is being throttled when I have only used 15GB in the last 30 days, on a 60Mb line I am currently only get 9mb, the idiot says he will put me through to technical and then just ends the call. It is so frustrating that Mweb is like this, so sick of unhelpful people!!
