MWEB CUSTOMER SERVICE ******** ON FIBER

Telkom is a fiber provider in the current estate we are moving to (confirmed by Telkom), but MWEB informs me there is no fiber, as well as they cannot provide me a service unless it is ADSL or one of their service providers i.e. OpenServe, etc. I asked that he must escalate it to someone higher up, but instead the message I received was that the operator will discuss it with a colleague. I have been with MWEB for over twenty years, and this is totally unacceptable. It boggles the mind that now, according to this ignoramus, that I have to move all my current correspondence that links to my current account to a new service provider.
