MWEB Customer Service disaster

We purchased a website developer option from Mweb. Every time we have issues they NEVER reply / respond to emails to a number of email addresses and their toll free line is even more useless. If you need technical help with their web page development - the number you have to enter bleeps! Their website building tool is tacky and very user unfriendly. We are so sorry we chose to develop our website using MWEB, bad bad choice!
