Mweb Customer Service

I have never experienced incompetence like this in my life. It takes you not less than 30 minutes to speak with someone. No replies to queries logged on their web. Installation promised within 14 days - this is definitely mot the case. I received the router within 2 days of my order and I thought WOW. Not a word from the appointed installation provider as yet. Calls to Mweb do not help - these providers are appointed by Mweb but it seems Mweb does not take any responsibility for their incompetence. You cannot escalate your query - as the bosses are not contactable - no email addresses - just a contact number (which is pathetic) and web query facility (no replies). All I want to do is to return their router as I don't require it - don't want to continue with the installation. Any suggestions for a decent provider out there will be appreciated
