MWEB Customer service

I just called them this morning regarding a billing error on their end which they confirm they have been paid from my account but the account was suspended anyway. Customer service is non existant you hold for more than 45 minutes for someone to hang up on you afetr they make the excuse of a bad line. Would not recommend them to anyone
