Mweb Customer care does not exist

Last week I could receive emails on my Mweb.co.za account but could not reply or send. A consultant helped me sort it out on Sunday. Same problem on Monday. I have sent the same query (550 error ) to Mweb site after logging in on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. No reply received.
