Mweb Customer Care

The customer service is terrible! I have been trying to sort out a problem with my fibre service since yesterday (31 January 2023). The automated service is faulty, I wait about 20 minutes before I get hold of someone and I keep getting cut off! This sucks. Mweb need to upgrade their phone systems so that their customer care quality can match the good fibre internet service they provide.

I loaded R110 Vodacom airtime yesterday. I now have R8!
