Communicating with them is like screaming to a brick wall . i have sent emails requesting them to change my debit order date but instead i recieved a debit order resubmit because OfCourse it bounced. I sent a query 2 days ago and still BRICK WALL. MWB***3 that is my reference for the query. Can everything be more difficult in Mzansi.
