WHAT A PATHETIC COMPANY! today I held on for 29 minutes only to have the call cut as I was no 1 in the queue. HOW the hell do you get hold of this much of useless idiots with this type of service? Can someone please send me a contact number that gets answered??????? I have never been so disgusted in my life. I have supported this company since they started nearly 25 years ago, and this is how they treat people now. I dont think so
