mweb couldn't care less

takes your payment for the new month, no probs, yet it's the second morning that i am without internet. second day that when i log in to the account it shows me that my internet has been disconnected. so they only give you what you pay for, when they feel like it. they always have ten lists of excuses. and always want to find fault on my side. btw, i am still not connected and empty or arrogant, **** apologies mean nothing. you are solidly at fault. yet there is no response or never a positive one from mweb. they also never get back to me regarding queries. they simply delete it from my account, without any hesitation or solutions.
