Mweb Contract Cancellation - What a nightmare!

I have been having the most horrible and inconvenient experience with Mweb. I have been attempting to cancel my contract with them for the past week, waiting for as long as 2 hours on a call with no progress! I have been on and off calls with various consultants with 1 transferring me to the other, in addition to chatting to agents online. I am still lost and don't know who to speak to as they do not have any contact details on their website aside from the least helpful customer care call centre! The worst service I have ever experienced.
