Mweb contact center

The Mweb contact center is useless and not working. The chat option is like you are talking to a robot I tell the person that I am not able to pay my account with the link and he/she keep telling me to try a different browser. I tell the person I tried the different browsers and still get the same error that my account was paid.

I call the help desk and it took 2 hour for my call to be answered and after being answered the lady drops the line. I call again and I ge to hold another 3 hours. That time when you go to the stores they say thay are offline.

THE SERVICE IS SUPER BAD.
