It amazes me that after an organization goes through so much effort to advertise that they would answer your calls. I have now been on a call waiting for 11 minutes and 17 seconds and still waiting...

You can always select 1 and get someone to call you back. But this also doesn't happen.

If this is the sales process, I dread to think about how the support is!
