MWeb connectivity issues

8th May, Fibre down in Randburg Northwold Gardens @+/–10.10 pm Today 9th May down again exactly the same time_ why?. No feed back no reason given just no Internet. MWeb are getting too big for ther boots and losing sight of customer service!
