Mweb connectivity and correspondence awful!

Mweb - Our internet connectivity has been terrible for a few days now, our entire street are experiencing the same problem! Nobody can get through to Mweb to log a complaint either! They don't have the decency to send an sms to let us know there is an issue! They are quick enough to send you tort bill though! We thought it was our router and nearly went to buy a new one!
