MWEB connections and pricing

Two issues: Although having a 50/50 fibre connection through MWEB/Openserve, I can't attend a Teams meeting through this fibre connection. It falls away so many times that I have to revert to my mobile LTE modem, through which the connection is reliable. So their connection is far from as fast they're telling us, I guess a Teams meeting does not even need a 10/10 connection. Secondly, They send me an email increasing my subscription for the 50/50 from R749 to R829 per month with the excuse that Openserve increased their pricing, but on their website they're advertising a 50/50 connection for R561,75, also through Openserve. A new 100/100 connection is advertised at R719,25! Do they want to force me to upgrade at lower costs? This simply does not make sense.
