Mweb connection issues with other service provider

We are a 1GB client and we have had no internet since the 6th February 2024 - we have called gone through various processes and keep getting told it is a Vumatel issue but still no resolution. We have been told that an engineer would come out but nothing this is a paid service but we have no service but will still have to pay - as we pay mweb I do expect them to handle the other vendor issues - I need help to find another ISP
