Mweb Connection

To Whom it May Concern,

Mweb, I have changed my services to you for a reason and that is because I dont get any support from another service provider. NOW, Its the same experience at your company. I bought a modem and fibre line but I can not connect. Its now the second month Im waiting for someone to help me activate the damn thing. With everything I have to wait for 40minutes on the line and when I finally get to the department to assist me, the line get cut off. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If this is not sorted by mid week, you can cancel your service and collect your modem. Im fedup now.
