Ordered 29 November, router delivered. Installation of fibre box on the 9th of December. 6 of January problem fixed. Phoned 30 times for activation and all the consultants give you another story. BAD BAD BAD. I cancelled my other provider and have a small business. So what now MWEB????? Why do you advertise products then cant deliver?? You dont even answer your comments on Facebook??? what are you hiding?
