MWEB - Compliant Unable to contact Mweb

Good Day - i have been trying to contact MWEB to confirm what services they are charging me for monthly and how i go about cancelling these services. They have NOT responded telephonically, via their facebook account or messenger. During these tough times paying for a service i am not using and trying to cancel it without any luck, is completely unacceptable. Essentially this avoidance results in a company taking Money for nothing.
