MWeb complaint.

I have been paying for a 400 mbps line since January 2023 and have only been receiving 100 mbps line. I have queried this on many occasions to me told Metro Fibre will sort it out. But we are in December and nothing has happened. I have been a client since 2010 and this is the way I'm treated. I get cut off so many times its not even funny. This service is so poor. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone after my experiences.
