MWEB Complaint

Pathetic service. I cancelled within cool off period and they now want to charge me almost R3 000 for the activation (Openserve) They installed nothing - all was there - only plugged a cable into a box and made one phone call. I phoned 3 times now and it is terrible to try and get through - today 19th I held on for more than 20 minutes and was transferred to 3 different areas just to be cut off again. They are not resolving my query! They just ignore! I asked them to mail me the invoice, but nothing to date. Quite frankly I refuse to pay anything.
