MWeb complaint

Have been trying for 6 days to contact your offices. Get cut off all the time after being sent from pillar to post, Hopeless and frustrating to deal with. Need info on how to keep mweb address with another fibre server when moving at end of August. Cost of new fibre if I stay with mweb? PLEASE HELP!!!! Just need to get this nightmare sorted out.
