MWEB communications failure

Service level communications have regressed with the abolition of human order-taking. Having placed an on-line order to have my fibre line connection moved to my new premises, I cannot get MWEB commitment to a date for the job to be done, nor can I get someone to answer the phone numbers stated on their web site after trying to gain clarity of job timing through the MWEB on-line order tracking icons.
