MWEB closed down / shut down - no service to clients

I have signed up for a web hosting package. I am trying to cancel this hosting.

I have sent emails to ********** ********** and ********** and then received the following response:

********** 1:50 PM (7 minutes ago) to nadine Dear ********** This mailbox is no longer in use.

How can a company give you 3 email addresses which are not in use!!! How do I correspond via email?!!

I then tried phoning the number provided on the email above - ********** , listen to all the options, choose the appropriate option and then the call drops... every single time!!!

I tried to log in the website in order to use the "my account online" functionality and that's also not working.

Does MWEB even exist? Did MWEB close down? Does anyone even work for MWEB??? or do they only have one employee making sure that debit orders go through coz thats not an issue... ever!!
