Mweb client service stinks

Mweb doesn't care about existing clients. They only take your call if you are new client or want to upgrade, if you are existing clients want assistance with anything no one is available to assist. N it's so stressful. I've ran out of R50 airtime trying to get hold of them. And today again R70 airtime I'm so ****ed no one is gonna refund my airtime please assist anyone.
