MWEB client service is poor

I would like to say that I am disappointed and dissatisfied with MWEB and their lack of feedback. Vamatel has installed the fibre at my home last weekend and yet they still have not given me feedback on router delivery nor has the installation been updated from their side. I have called and logged queries and their call center has such lingered options. I cannot get through to an agent. I really do need feedback please and when my fibre will be ready and also my router be delivered.
