Mweb cheating old people!

I cant believe Mweb has been billing my grandfather Joshua Mpofu for WIFI Mweb didnt even finish setting up. He never received the router and he has been trying to call them together with my grandmother for more than 6 months now. They even received an email that there will be an increase in the payment on WiFi they havent even used. This is really sad, cheating on old people like this. I hope this is rectified.
