MWEB CHAT NEEDS TO BE DISCONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mweb needs to go away with this chat nonsense as nothing gets resolved. I asked for the Norton 360 services to be cancelled as i dont need it anymore and was told they have cancelled the add on but the next month i get billed for both subscriptions after i asked for it to be removed. This is ridiculous and this needs to be rectified as soon as possible.
