MWEB CHARGING MORE WITHOUT COMMUNICATING

Good day, My account number with MWEB is ***9. The decided to charge me R50 extra without any reason and lable it as Debit Order Unpaid Fee. I find it rather a bad service as I do not have an unpaid month in the past 3 months following bing with them for over 2 years. I am rather disgusted and considering alternatives
