Mweb charging full fees for no usage!!

So two weeks back i got my wifi router and sim delivered, and since i am in the process of moving i did not open the box, up until today i have not connected/ activated the sim, the contract specifically said it activates when the sim is inserted, i am just so disgusted with mweb for their lies, why have a contractual agreement at all? Now i get a statement saying i owe a full R899. They actually charged me a pro rata rate as well as a full month service fee for something i haven't even used yet. This is not on and i am not impressed at all. Seriously i am taking this matter further. So so so disgusted. I demand feedback and a proper explanation
