Mweb charging for Installation fees no matter if spesial is for free!!!!!

Hi There, I struggle to get my money out of MWEB, in February 2020 I app**** for special of R549 fibre, uncapped, free installation. But when I received my first statement, they deducted R1800 for installation fees. They took in total R2317.55 from my account, just before lock down, R2000 from your account is not funny!!!! I have been phoning and phoning and I just don't get any reply. Every time a log a call I just get a new "ticket number"..... When you phone them, they just hang up on you or tell you that someone will phone you back in 5minutes. They are useless and unhelpful. I'm not happy as this is the 2nd time I have to complain about them on Helo Peter just to get some help!!!!! what can I do to get my money back???
