Mweb charging extra for forced fibre upgrades

I am appalled at Mweb's **************** with regards to its fibre product upgrades. I received an email this morning advising me that they are discontinuing my 4MB line and upgrading me to a 10MB line. Great, until you consider that not only are they forcing you to upgrade, due to a change beyond your control and THEIR decision, but they are going to charge you extra for it!! And because you're locked into a contract, they've effectively got you by the *****. Surely this is *******? And if it's not, at the very least, it's an aggressive tactic with a TOTAL disregard for its consumers who are the backbone of their business. Shameful and disgraceful. Mweb cares only about its bottom line. I hope this hits theirs hard when customers up and leave.
