MWEB charges for service it does not provide.

I signed up for 50/50mpbs, then got bumped up to 100/100mbps and are now on 150/150mbps. Both updates were done without my authorisation and the billing amounts increased as well. When I do a speed test on the it shows less than 40mbps down and less than 3mbps up which is far cry from 150mbps down and 150mbps up
