MWEB changes things without our consent.

Really not happy with this provider. We paid R499 a month for a year from Jan 2019 until Dec 2019. All of a sudden our 100 gig was finished within 5 days in December. And then in Jan 2020 our supposed data finished within 2 weeks and then we see they downgraded us to 50 gig for R350 without our consent. I wouldl ike our 100 gig back for R499 thank you. It is ********* to do this without our consent. Horrible.
