Mweb Change of Address Service

I have never experienced such frustration with a company like MWEB. Moving fibre to a new address where fibre has already been installed previously has not been done in 6 days. Mweb sends Vumatel out to a site where there is an existing Vumatel installation. All Mweb need to do is connect me to the internet and they cannot get that right.
