MWeb

Mweb is without any doubt the worst domain and email host I have ever used. I only stay because to change will negatively affect my Google status. The Call centre is dysfunctional. Holding on for 40mins to over 1 hr is absolutely unacceptable. I use ALL my airtime waiting to be attended to. Clearly the call centre is inundated with callers with problems. Why not employ more agents? The OTP and menu selection does not work. There is NO option to send an email complaint/enquiry. There is NO query option on the login site. The call center agents are helpful. My complaint isn't about them. I thought Telkom is bad but compared to MWeb, Telkom is a walk in the park.
