MWEB CEO - are you aware of the non-exiting customer service?

Since 7 January 2026 I have tried to resolve an account query with MWEB. Their online Live Chat is dead, nothing alive there, phoning the ***, *** numbers resulted in 47 minutes waiting time and at present 22 minutes waiting. Is the CEO aware of the bad customer service or are you still on holiday!
