Mweb-Cell C LTE Deal - PATHETIC!
I recently "upgraded" from a 10mbps adsl line to an LTE-A deal that Mweb had on offer.
With the 10mbps (shaped & capped) line, I was getting download speeds of up to 1mbps and was able to surf online without too many buffering issues.
Then I decided to "upgrade" to the LTE deal. It is UNBELIEVABLY slow. No matter where I place the router, or how ever many times I've reset it (upon instruction from Tech support), it doesn't make a difference.
- I've moved the router around - I've disconnected all but one device to test the speed of the connection - I've used it during "peak" and "off peak" times, with the same result. - According to most speed tests, I'm getting 0.51 mbps as the download speed!!! - Even basic websites aren't loading properly!
Is this what I get for being a loyal Mweb customer for the past 4 years??
