Mweb - care free customer service

A loyal customer for years, I moved houses and needed support with an alternative to current package which has since become redundant. I called in to request assistance and was met with a care free attitude where consultant just suggested I cansel with not so much of assisting me with options I felt mweb could not care less. I left a request to be called back with options on their website Noone has contacted me despite the promise to revert in 24-48hrs. This level of service or lack thereof is pathetic to say the least. I am without wifi since 19 May and mweb isn't helpful.
