Mweb cannot get it right after 7 months!

Mweb cannot get my account right. I closed my account in February 2025, phoned them, emailed them, but they still deduct random amounts from my account and threaten to blacklist me. This month it was R1888. Luckily I didn’t have that much in my account otherwise it will be like the previous amounts which they never refunded.
