Mweb cannot be contacted!

I received an e-mail from Mweb advising fibre is going to be rolled out but the e-mail failed to advise which area. I am unable to reply to the e-mail so I looked at their website to contact them in this regard. Whilst there is a Contact Us link on the website there is no actual method to contact Mweb. I don't understand how Mweb expects to have customers if they not prepared to be contacted. Perhaps the organisation is a ****.
