MWEB: Cancelling a service

Trying to cancel a service with MWEB? Good luck. Firstly to get through telephonically is a miracle to say the least, there is no email address anymore to which you can send a written request either. So, I had to travel 134kms to drop off a written request to cancel my service. I have a signed confirmation at the security desk that it was hand delivered and yet MWEB still debits my account. Needless to say it costs me in bank charges to get the debit order reversed, the bank keeps telling me to get the supplier to cancel on their side to stop it costing me money. If only it were so easy. I know hundreds of people are in the same situation, just check the complaints about MWEB.
