MWEB Cancellation Nightmare – Stay Away!
MWEB is so shady – stay away from them!
Once you sign up, it feels like you can never cancel. They force you to keep paying and threaten blacklisting. Seriously, cancelling is almost impossible.
There is no easy cancellation email address, no portal option to cancel, and WhatsApp is useless for cancellations. Their phone lines are a nightmare, with waiting times of 60–90 minutes.
I have escalated my matter to ISPA (the Ombudsman) because I'm tired of these tactics.
I emailed *** and other published MWEB email addresses, clearly stating in writing that I was cancelling (***). They read and acknowledged the complaint. I gave notice on 01/06/2026 and explicitly requested cancellation. Despite this, they are still trying to lock me into July and August.
I have provided more than 30 days' notice via email (***).
At this point, ISPA can deal with the matter. I will not pay one cent more.
