MWEB - Cancellation is a Mission

MWEB are quick to call and offer new solutions such as fibre etc but cancelling an MWEB contract? Tried contacting them via Facebook and sent an email to Billing.. perhaps I should send an enquiry re fibre and I'll get a quicker response?!
