MWEB Cancellation

Mweb makes it so difficult to cancel their services. They don't give you an email to correspond with them. When one calls their customer care you hold for 20 mins before someone answers, only to tell you that you are being transferred to some retention office.....then you wait another 10 mins then the call just drops. I Have been trying to cancel for the past month. Now I'm just going to reverse my debit order until they come calling.

Really unprofessional behavior mweb!!
