MWEB cancellation

I app**** for a router and sum card from MWEB and I received it on the 05/01/2023 but they never activated it I try to phone for more then 10 times but I was put on hold to speak to an agent but I holder for more then 50 minutes on more the 8 occasions,and now I just want to cancel and MWEB must come fetch their router and sim because I never used it thank you
