Mweb Cancellation
I want to cancel my Mweb account, but Mweb say the termination date is 01 Dec 2015. This is 2 and a half months notice.<br> I have been a client for 3 years and am on month to month, I should not have to give notice. I should be able to cancel my product immediately.<br> Then they want to bill me for two more subscriptions. Also if I give intent to cancel today 20.10.2015. a calendar month would bring it to the 20.11.2015.<br> How does this work???<br> I want this service cancelled immediately. <br>
