Mweb Cancelation Problems

Good Day I have been sitting with out work for sometime and have been trying to cancel my mweb for the past 2 months, I have left messages, but they just keep billing me. I cant find n email to send n email, so I can only use there web site. I don't use there service any more, but they just keep billing me. How can thes be resolved?
