MWEB - Cancel Account

It is practically impossible to find contact details to contact mweb from an international location via e-mail to cancel an account. Why is the only means of communication through a call centre where you are kept on hold for several minutes at expensive international calls? I'm sure you have an e-mail address you can make available for this.
